The Inheritance

Although Eve and her sister Fleur were thrilled beyond words when an unknown aunt left them a ranch in Florida and a lot of money to go with it, they could not agree about what to do with the property: Fleur was all for selling it, Eve wanted to live there and run it herself. And they arrived in Florida to discover that the situation was even more complicated, for their overbearing neighbour Brett Hanson had had his eyes on the ranch for a long time and had every intention of persuading them to sell it to him. But there was no way Eve was going to let Brett make up her mind for her!
